The award ceremony was held on 27th February 2011 at Kodak Theatre, Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.
The ceremony was hosted by Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin.
Avatar and The Hurt Locker received maximum nominations.
The Hurt Locker won the Best Picture award.
Jeff Bridges won the Best Actor award for his role in Crazy Heart.
Sandra Bullock won the Best Actor award for his role in The Blind Side.
Kathryn Bigelow won the Best Director award for The Hurt Locker.
